Quality. It is at the center of everything.

Stairon has been awarded five quality certificates after getting zero deviations in the audit by the certification company Kiwa Inspecta.

The certificates serve as proof that Stairon’s quality management is at an excellent level and exceeds the requirements of quality standards.

Our certificates:

  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001
  • ISO 3834-2
  • EN 1090-1

For us sustainability is concrete actions.

Taking nature in to consideration

Our metal waste recycling rate is 100%. We also aim to achieve zero energy and mixed waste. Our vehicles and machinery run entirely on electricity.

Focus on staff well-being

Our long-term work to improve physical safety enables the overall well-being of our employees. The HR system brings transparency and systematicity to management. Our investment in people has paid off: we are a Great Place To Work.

Part of the community

Our responsibility programme has been built by listening to employees, customers, owners, occupational health, the trade union movement and pension insurance companies. We also work actively with the Turku Vocational Institute and Raseko.

We put effort in to the staffs well-being and development of their expertise.

Great Place To Work

Only motivated, skilled and happy staff enable high-quality and timely work. We took part in the Great Place To Work survey out of a desire to identify areas for improvement in our working conditions, so that we can guarantee a good working atmosphere and safe working conditions. And now we are a proven Great Place To Work.

New skills and transfer of experience

The industrial environment is evolving rapidly, which is why Stairon invests in the training of its professionals. Collaboration with schools and internships provide fresh skills. Through the Senior Advisor programme, we ensure that knowledge from experience is passed on to younger professionals.

Stairon is an organisation that develops and evolves.

Stairon challenges itself and its partners to evolve their operations nationally and internationally. Stairon aims to serve the entire delivery and value chain even more broadly. The organisation encourages deep collaboration between different operators in the industry and wants to be a part of this long-term effort.
