Food Processing – Structures and components compliant with high hygiene standards

Food industry processes require structures to meet high standards of hygiene, cleanability, and surface quality suitable for food use. We manufacture components that withstand continuous operation, washing, CIP cleaning, and chemical cleaning.

Our production includes, among others, stainless steel tanks for processing, washing, and storage, mixers, and non-pressurized vessels for various stages of food production. Structures are made hygienic, with smooth surfaces and carefully finished welds to facilitate cleaning.

CASE: Sulbana

Project Deliveries

Operating from Kauhajoki and Seinäjoki in Finland, Sulbana is part of the German, family-owned Alpma Group, one of the world’s leading suppliers of cheese production processes and equipment.

The majority of equipment manufactured by Sulbana in Finland is exported. The largest market areas are Central Europe and the United States, with additional deliveries worldwide, from Japan to South America.
