Mobile Machines - Stairon

Mobile Machines - Solutions according to application requirements

Structures for mobile machines require durability, precision, and performance under heavy operating conditions. We have experience in manufacturing mobile work machines for a variety of applications.

We produce large frame structures, subassemblies, and complete main assemblies, where the components are subjected to fatigue loads that place high demands on manufacturing.

We also have experience in producing a wide range of mobile work machine components and structures, from heavy frame structures to lighter work baskets and long telescopic booms, up to the full outfitting of the machines.

The five corner stones of our work

Exceptionally large modular production facilities

Our two large factories and modularity enable greater capacity for individual projects, regardless of their duration. The additional space in our factory eliminates the need for extra logistics or external warehousing. Modularity and space mean factories within a factory.

1

Material supply

Proactive material sourcing and in-house warehousing combined with in-house further processing significantly reduces delays in our customer projects. This means reliable delivery.

2

Data

Our experience and development in collecting production data facilitates sustainability and compliance reporting for our customers. Data sharing can be customised according to customer and project needs. To us, sustainability is concrete.

3

Experience and expertise

We are familiar with the specific characteristics and requirements of various industries. We adapt our process to the customer's needs – not the other way around. Our modern and adaptable production process scales effectively and enables predictable project management, regardless of production volumes. Project simulation, stage by stage, allows for proactive scheduling and resource planning. The customer gets what they order, for the agreed-upon price.

4

Maritime access

Post-production logistics do not have to take place on land. Our production facilities have direct access to maritime routes, along which even large and oddly shaped equipment can be delivered anywhere in the world. To put it shortly – we’re located right by a port.

Stairon's expertise and facilities are scalable to customer needs - not vice versa
