Our production chain includes effective stress relief annealing, which is used to remove internal stresses created during welding. The process improves the dimensional accuracy of the final product, prevents cracking and improves the product’s resistance to fatigue stress.
We use a modern annealing furnace with a circulating air system and precise sensoring. This ensures an even heat distribution to the parts being processed. We provide documentation of the validated heat treatment process in accordance with standards.
